General Questions 1. What is your teaching philosophy? My piano pedagogy is designed to meet students at their level and help them grow. For advanced students, I offer a comprehensive classical lesson plan that includes music history, music theory, and other skills necessary for college-level piano. 2. Who do you teach? I teach students of all ages, starting from age 8 up to elderly adults. I believe age 8 is an ideal starting point for children, as they are better able to focus and develop discipline without the risk of burnout. I focus on classical piano for advanced students, but beginners and intermediate students will learn a mix of classical, pop, and other styles to keep lessons fun and engaging. Learning piano can improve your musical ability even if you never plan on becoming a pro pianist. Lesson Details 4. How long are the lessons?
